Welcome to WAQT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WAQT website (waqt.ae) and our compliance tracking and reminder services. WAQT is operated by Nexcore Agency ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Service" or "Services" refers to the compliance deadline tracking, personalized calendars, document preparation checklists, and WhatsApp reminders provided by WAQT.
- "Platform" refers to the waqt.ae website and our communication channels.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be a registered business entity or a licensed freelancer operating in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By subscribing, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Nature of Services
What WAQT Does:
WAQT acts exclusively as an informational accountability layer. We analyze publicly available UAE regulations to build personalized compliance calendars, monitor deadlines for Corporate Tax, VAT, and Trade License renewals, and send proactive reminders and document preparation checklists via WhatsApp and email.
What WAQT Does Not Do:
WAQT is not a law firm, a tax consultancy, a chartered accounting firm, a licensed UAE tax agent, a filing agency, or a Public Relations Officer (PRO). We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not submit filings, register companies, act as your appointed corporate representative, or access government portals (such as EmaraTax) on your behalf.
4. Client Responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for the timely and accurate filing of all required government documentation and taxes. It is your responsibility to act on the reminders provided by WAQT and to consult with licensed professionals (such as a UAE-registered auditor, tax agent, or PRO) to execute your filings.
5. Accuracy of Information
Our ability to provide accurate deadlines depends entirely on the information you provide us (e.g., trade license issuance date, revenue tier, business structure). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to update us promptly if your business details change. We are not liable for any missed deadlines resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services rely on third-party platforms, including WhatsApp for communications, Calendly for booking, and external payment gateways for subscription processing. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, uptime, or security. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp and email. You acknowledge that WhatsApp and email are our primary methods of delivering the Service, and you agree to maintain active accounts to receive our alerts.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
- Payments: You agree to provide a valid payment method. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time.

We do not guarantee that our Services will result in compliance with UAE law or prevent you from incurring fines, penalties, or legal action.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexcore Agency, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your business operations, your failure to comply with UAE regulations, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters.
